   If you do a lot of traveling this case is not for you.

   If you don’t travel and just use the case to protect your switch then this case is great. It’s small and fits snug to the switch.

   The case is great as long as you do not cram it into a bag that is full. I used the case for a year. It was great but overtime my joystick started hanging. Now when I play a game, the joystick gets stuck and it’s annoying having the game play or move without your control.

   The best part of the case was the stand. It made playing in public easy.

   I elected to buy a sturdy case, more than twice the size, that holds more games and wires.

   Excellent snug fitting soft shell case, holds a half a dozen games and a cleaning cloth nicely, the center piece props up so you can use it in tabletop mode easier, the screen guard is the best non tempered glass one I’ve found, easy to apply with correct application.

   So a bunch of reviewers have been complaining that this case is not rigid/hard enough to be protective. This case is a semi-soft carry case which is perfect to be placed inside a backpack or messenger bags. The padding is enough to protect it from other objects that around it in a bag. It is NOT hard enough to withstand any sort of drop waist high. If you want to be that rough or mobile with you Switch, get a rigid case with a strap.As for why I think this case is great is the thin profile which has sufficient padding on the inside to make it functional, yet not bulk up my messenger bag which has my MacBook and cables, headphones and earbuds. To me, this is the perfect combination of protection and stylish design which I would expect from a case for my Switch.As others have mentioned, there is a middle insert padding which has as storage space for small USB Cables or small earbuds, along with 5 slots for Game Catridges. This insert also acts as a stand which you stand up at a 45-50 degree tilt to play your game when on the go… this is a much better viewing angle than the flimsy built-in kickstand which tilts the Switch at a weird 70 degree angle.There is a screen protector include which is super thin plastic. Don’t bother installing that… spend the extra few bucks and get a protective tempered glass protector which will withstand the day-to-day use of the switch in handheld mode.

   I purchased this case because it appeared to be a hard case, but it’s hardly that. This case won’t protect anything if you drop it. Also, the way the cartridge storage is setup inside is horrible. There was apparently very little thought put into this case. I’m returning it and getting a real protective case.

    Solid case. Fits snug and isn’t too bulky. The kickstand feature gives a better angle than the built in kickstand and is less prone to tipping over. The screen protector it came with was good enough for me that I canceled my order for a tempered glass one. It was easy to put on and feels smooth due to it being made out of plastic. It’s hard to tell that it’s even on unless you’re looking for it.

    This case is a case for the Nintendo switch that needs a case. Case closed.But really. I love this case. I take my switch with me almost at all times. I mean, it fits in my purse perfectly. I never know when the kids might fall asleep in the car after a drive. When they sleep, I play. I’m not waking them up. Unless we have an appointment.This Nintendo Branded Switch case works. It’s slim. It has pockets. It’s as minimal as you can get with decent protection. Won’t fit much extra. It has space for a cable. It has designated compartments for your game cartridges. Nintendoswitch.us.com App only allows me to post 3 photos or I’d show more.The screen protector is decent. It’s not super lame like most included screen protectors. It’s the static like cling, not adhesive. DO NOT USE THE INCLUDED DUST REMOVER!!! That is very adhesive and I had trouble getting that off. But once it was on, it looked amazing. I didn’t need to remove it yet, but my tempered glass ones came in so I replaced it.In conclusion, I like the case. I may get something bigger to carry the switch in with all the other stuff someday. Right now, I’m deeply satisfied.
