   This is without any doubt a really portable dock. I must say tho that the plastic quality could be a little bit better but it is sturdy. Setting it up is really easy and it works as expected. The only thing that could improve is the length of the USB connector which requires you to remove any case from the Switch in order to be able to use it and at least I had to push firmly for it to connect into my Switch. Overall does what it is intended for and I recommend it if you want a dock you can take everywhere with you.

   I was pleasantly surprised by the compact design of this dock. It actually fits in my pocket. I’m glad that the matte black/gray finish does not attract fingerprints or smudges. Setting it up is easy -just plug an HDMI cable into a TV, a power pack (I STRONGLY recommend an original adapter as I bricked one a long time ago by using a third-party one before), place the Switch on the USB-C mount, and that’s that!The console is stable enough, but the dock must be on a firm surface. The base is so light, and the back support is so thin, that any movement will topple the console, especially if you have the controllers attached. There is a button that switches between the TV and console screen, which I think was a great idea. There’s also a USB 3.0 just in case a wired controller or adapter is needed. On the marketing page, it says that this avoids scratching the screen and that’s a great point.The picture is not as bright and the contrast not as defined as the original dock, but in reality, one needs to place them side-by-side in order to tell the difference. There’s also no Ethernet port as with the OLED dock. I used it on my 4K TV, my 1080p PC monitor, and a 1080p projector with no issues whatsoever.At the current price, I’d say this is a no-brainer.

   Used it once and it completely broken my switch. Now I have to replace the entire system. Would not recommend. Went from a $20 purchase to now having to buy an entire new system.

    La conexión entre el USB-C del dock y el switch no se asienta completamente por el mal diseño del producto, es muy difícil conseguir que el dock detecte el switch y se desconecta al más mínimo movimiento. No recomendado.

    Maybe it’s just me but the description on the item was a little misleading. I though it came with the charger. But it does not. Other than that works as intended.
