I love the exterior design of this case (which is what initially drew me to it for my first Switch case), but the large central elastic band that holds the Switch down is cumbersome and involves a little more strain on the console/attached Joy-Con controllers to take out of the case than I am comfortable with. Furthermore, the accessories pocket is spacious, but does not reliably keep its contents securely held down and in especially when the case is being opened or moved. Though these are relatively minor gripes and this case is probably fine for most people, these design considerations limit my confidence in its ability to protect and travel with my Switch and its accessories over the long run.

This is a nice, sturdy case for the money, having enough space for your Switch console (with Joy-Cons attached) as well as many SD cards/game cards. There is an elastic band protecting your console, allowing it to be elevated from the back in case of a drop. Not sure if it would protect the Switch, in an accidental fall, however, as I did not test it 🙂
There is also a mesh pocket that could hold a screen cleaning cloth, the Joy-Con wrist attachments, and perhaps a charging cable. It is not, in my opinion, large enough to hold additional Joy-Cons or a charging adapter, however. Still, the heather-gray design looks nice, and it’s just enough to keep your Switch protected for storage around the house or when traveling. I bought the item that came with two tempered glass screen protectors and they work well.

Love the case and the tempered glass screen protectors are perfect. The case looks great and seems to be of nice quality. There isn’t room for the Nintendo charging brick, but I’m fine with that. I didn’t expect there to be. It’s easy hard enough of a shell to protect the system from dumps and drops.
