   The material used to make this case is super flimsy, and 9-10 would not protect the case from an accidental drop. You also need to remove both controllers in order to place the switch in the case, align in properly, THEN the controllers will be able to placed back and align correctly with the case. Because of the width of the case, when trying to dock it so you can play on your TV, it feels extremely pressured when docking, and even if you get it to dock, nothing shows on the TV, and the Switch won’t charge its battery. Great idea, but awfully executed. 1/5 stars.

   This case is exactly what I was looking for, unfortunately it only docks with force. The game cartridge holder only will hold 3 games, one with force. The other 3 are too small.

   First off, this ONLY works on the OLED switch. I happen to own both versions and I took a photo for anyone who isn’t sure which one they have. (Skip the next paragraph if you know which one you have)The all black one (top) is a regular switch. It WILL NOT fit that one correctly. The one with the orange and purple joycons is the OLED version. If you can’t tell for yourself look at the top and bottom borders on your switch and see which one of mine it matches. You can also look at your power button. A circle is wrong. An oval shape is the correct one.Alright, as for the critiques, Some of the cartridge slots are tighter than others. They all work with a little effort but they definitely aren’t meticulously uniform.If you are getting this for the grips, I would look at other brands. These are okay but if that is something you’re specifically looking for, I doubt these will be sufficient. You can slide your joycons in and out fairly easily.The main reason I picked this over other brands is because it allowed me to use my kickstand still and that works perfectly.When putting this in a dock, I feel like I should note that it absolutely WILL NOT fit in a regular switch dock. I know the OLED switch still fits in a regular switch dock but this case won’t. It does fit the OLED docks but it definitely is tight, I honestly didn’t expect it not to be though so that’s fine. It does take a little jiggling or pressure to get it to properly connect to the tv though (for some reason it would charge but wouldn’t show up on the tv if I didn’t give it a slight push in.) It’s fine for what it is, if it was any thinner it would potentially get criticized for being too flimsy at the bottom so pick your poison.All in all, solid product. I imagine a lot of the other reviews are ppl using the wrong version of switch or maybe they got a defective one. This company is definitely capable of delivering on what they say they are selling though.

   It’s a snug fit all around, but I have to remove it to dock the switch. It’s not easy to get off so it’s only been used twice.

   EDIT: after receiving my second case (replacement), not a single game cartridge fits in the back and DOES NOT FIT in the Switch dock! Buyers, save your money. This product is so cheap. Where’s quality control? Returning both and going with a better product. Reducing my rating to one star.I would give this case 5 stars for the value and purpose; however, the back of the case is supposed to hold six game cartridges, where mine only holds four. It seems the design was flawed and the last two slots don’t allow two additional cartridges to fit, which is pretty annoying.I will be reaching out to see if I can get a replacement, but overall the case works as intended. It’s pretty tough to get mine into the dock. I don’t like to apply pressure to my Switch OLED because it’s a beautiful console, but you really need to ‘jam’ it in the dock to make it fit (another huge con for me).I’m hoping a replacement from Trconk can eliminate the issues described above, and I will update my review if so!

   It is defective for sure. We can’t fit the games in the cartridge storage in the back. What sense does it make to even have it there? Waste of money.
