Bought this case to replace another case that wasn’t dockable. It takes a little bit of fidgeting to get it to securely lock in place with the dock, but still a nice case. My hands don’t feel cramped.

I specifically asked a question prior to ordering if you could remove the joy cons while the cover was on and I was told that yes with no problem. Well that was not true.
Case is nice and comfortable but it is very hard to push the buttons to release the joy cons plus the design makes it nearly impossible to slide them off, and when the joy cons are off the Switch easily slides off the case making it useless to protect it unless it is docked, which it does dock well, I had no problems with that.
So overall it is a good case, just not what I was looking for.

We loved this case. It made the not so sturdy switch sturdy. With other cases I still felt like the controllers would snap of the side. This controller calmed all those fears. It’s easy to get on and off. I LOVE the fact it doesn’t have to be taken off to put it in the dock. I was so happy with it I bought another for my 22 year old nephew. He was just as happy with it as we were!!

I was super excited to receive this. It fits perfectly but when you take it off it’s horrible. It messed up my left controller and now I have to buy $80-$90 on new set of controllers to replace the one that broke. The silicon wasn’t as soft as I was expecting it to be and ended up being a lot harder. Bent the hell out of my Nintendo switch when trying to take it off. Now I don’t trust having a case in mine
