This controller sucks; For PS4 users, the touchpad is “emulated” IE: It doesn’t work if the game you’re playing uses the touchpad beyond as an extra button or two. (Any sort of swiping motions, etc. won’t work at all) The overall quality is… Fine. It’s a lot better than a $20 controller in terms of actual feel and parts composition, but it’s not worth it. Just spend the little extra to get another Dual Shock 4. The analog sticks are more stiff and have a larger dead-zone when compared to DS4, the triggers are fatter and less sensitive as well. (I prefer the skinny and more sensitive triggers, but I don’t have sausage fingers)
Also, forewarning: If your controller doesn’t work when you plug it into a device, trying holding down L3 while you plug it in. If that doesn’t work, press a direction on the D-pad in addition to L3.

After about 15 hours of use, the L 1 & 2, R 1 & 2 buttons stopped working. other then that it was a nice controller.

It’s an okay controller, it’s good as a spare controller for when a friend comes over, but personally I’m not a fan of this controller. The handle grips are longer than your usual controller making it a little awkward to hold. The buttons feel really cheaply made and feel very clicky. It does work well and doesn’t have any problems playing games.
The cord port is also very awkward and you have to insert the cord at an angle or it just falls out. I had to figure this out eventually because I thought the cord just didn’t fit.

This controller was pure doo-doo. The buttons did not work unless you press really really REALLY hard. A simple hadoken would break your thumb.

Pros:
I am in love with the colour. Metallic red
Ergonomic and comfortable geip.
Comes with directional pad replacement.
L1 and R1 trigger button feels nice to press.
Cons:
It is wired. A shame :(. But the product is advertised as wited controller so it is not really an issue.
The biggest issue for me is the feel of L2and R2 buttons… It feels very stiff. And for an extended period of time of usage, it’s just… Not nice. It’s not the same experience as other well known controllers out there.
Overall, i am still happy with the product as it works perfectly.
I wish it was wireless though.

My controller that I received does not work with my headphones when I plug the auxiliary cable into the headphones or if I use it with the auxiliary extension piece that comes with. Which is the only way I can use my headphones for playing PS4.

This is a great controller. I have large but stubby “football players” hands and these fit in my hands a lot better than the default PS3 or PS4 controllers. I like the layout of the buttons and the grip on it feels really nice and keeps the controller snug in your hands. This is my go to PS4 and PC controller now. It works with Steam Big Picture mode as well. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a controller outside of your consoles default controller. It works really well and won’t disappoint. 5 stars.

This is definitely an improvement over the controllers that came with the all-in-one gaming system that I bought recently. It fits in the hands nicely, everything works, and the vuttons are responsive.
My only complaint is that some of the vuttons are quite stiff to press, most noticably the shoulder buttons. I’ve used it a fair bit, and they’re gradually easing up (or my fingers are just getting stronger), but fresh out of the box they take just a touch too much effort.
