They are so customer friendly and supportive. I came across a snag when I was changing over my left joycon causing the y screw to become stripped. Unfortunately the only way to gain access inside was to break it off, I reached out to them about seeing if I could buy a replacement. They got back to me so fast and helped me find a solution to my predicament.

Las carcasas se ven de maravilla y el tono de rosa es precioso. Personalmente no use los botones incluidos en el paquete pues ya había planeado conseguir y comprado los botones rosas; Aun así los conservaré en dado caso los llegue a necesitar y la verdad es que son muy lindos y recuerdan mucho a controles pasados de Nintendo. El único detalle a destacar en esta carcasa es que el kickstand se siente muy frágil. Yo no lo utilizo tanto, pero es algo a mencionar. Puedes dejar el original sin problemas o si realmente no te molesta, lo puedes añadir para dejar la uniformidad del color intacta.

No instructions and easy to make the screws bald other then that I watched a YouTube video and kept all the wires connected even thought they told me to disconnect them in the video I just didn’t trust it, but it works ! It was just like surgery lol
