I have bought many eXtremeRate products over the years with a good experience. Not this time.You may want to wait till they fix the mold on the solid colored versions or give the clear version a try.This backplate looked promising and had good Fitment lining up with the shape of the switch oled. However I think the product was rushed out for these solid Colored versions. Unfortunately the area for the SD Card slot is not correct and needs to be shaved down.Also kickstand doesn’t close all the way flush.Extremely unfortunate is the fact that the last thing you do is install an SD Card so I didn’t discover the slot was a problem until the end and had already inserted the sd card.Card would not function at all and could not be removed without preforming brain surgery on the backplate. I then had to uninstall the backplate to shave down the slot so the a new SD CARD could insert and release properly. Had I not spent so much time disassembling the switch oled to change the bottom piece from black to white, I would have just reinstalled the black nintendo factory backplate.(The Micro SD Card slot opening on the eXtremeRate white backplate is much smaller then the original nintendo black backplate, see pics)Backplate damaged my SD Card loosing all my games, thousands of screenshot/videos; and made the card completely unreadable and unusable in any device.Nothing like spending $40 on a cosmetic change to lose all my info and a $170 1tb sd card.This company definitely needs to state that some modifications to trim and shave down the SD Card slot is 100% necessary before installing the backplate.Would not recommend this product at all !

I saw another review stating how this plate ruined their SD cars and I checked mine to see that it’s also cut way too small. The SD card would never fit in.
