I love this little dock. I now have a place for my switch in two rooms of my house. It’s great when two people in the house want to use a big TV. Just be careful with the dock on the size of a book shelf or entertainment center. It can be a little weight heavy on the cord end if it’s near the edge.

Product stopped working after about a week or so. I think it’s just cheaply made… The button used to light up for me to actually switch between the switch screen charging mode and tv mode but not anymore. I cannot even get my switch to charge using this thing anymore so it’s a useless paper weight now. So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Bought for my brother for Christmas, he is a skeptic when it comes to things not officially Nintendo, but after purchasing the needed cords(DOES NOT COME WITH… need HDMI and Switch adapter cord) he was impressed with it and has used it every day since. The section that the Switch sits between is indeed snug, but it fits and doesn’t scratch or damage the charger port. Its very small and portable, fits in pocket. Would recommend and buy again.

The device works well as a docking station and a charger. You must buy a separate charger.
If you want to use this as a docking station and play on your TV using TV mode, you must buy a separate HDMI cable. Also, make sure when you buy the separate charger, you get one of the correct voltage and current that will support TV play. 15v 2.6A.

My partner bought a used Switch recently, came with JoyCons a third party 5v/15v psu and BoTW and that’s all. Bought this and an 8bitdo wireless controller dongle(brown brick version) so we can play games with ps4 controllers on the big screen. Everything works perfectly. Dock does NOT get hot. TV reports a 1080P signal this is it’s maximum resolution so idk how/if 4K works. No clue hz of signal TV doesn’t report this info.
My beefs are 1) this dock only has ONE usb port, if I wanna play co-op games (its a Nintendo console, OF*ckingC i wanna play co-op) I gotta get a splitter/usb hub.
And 2) the HDMI port is VERY VERY close to the usb port, to connect devices in both ports we’ve gotta add a usb extender cable to that port and even then its a VERY tight fit.

The power chord is not included!! We bought this to use the Nintendo Switch in a second location. We were shocked to find that a power cable was not included. Once we bought a cable, we were very pleased.
