I bought a switch without a dock, so I picked this one up. It works well enough. Sometimes it doesn’t move my screen over to the TV right away and I have to mess around with unplugging/replugging the HDMI, pressing the button on the dock a few times, or just undocking/redocking the actual switch, but I’m usually able to get it within a few tries. I’m happy with the purchase.

I was lucky to get this as a Deal of the Day. About half what the cost is now.
Now that COVID-19 has us home all the time, wife and I (and kids I guess) use this as a checking dock mostly, but sometimes to also connect to TV. Works great. Wish it was a bit heavier for stability reasons, also wish it had an eject button (vs pulling the console off the thin insert) , and the wrist strap has me confused.
Also, would love an option with a bundled AC adapter.

It’s unusable with my monitor due to flickering. I liked (and still like) the size for my desk for my monitor, but I ended up just having to get another official dock, which works fine with the same cables and cord. It’s too bad as it really is a great size.
